A quick message in between:
Although I am not biking right now, my journey is far from over. I will still be cycling and I hope that everyone will continue to follow me.
Unfortunately the car that I had rented for today appears to have damage and they were unable to get another one to me. That caused me some stress.
Tomorrow at 7:00 AM I will take a shuttle bus to Calgary from where I have rented a car to drive through the Rocky Mountains. From Vancouver where I will drop off the car on June 26, I will continue cycling!
That this journey will continue to be a special one, I am absolutely certain of. The main reason for my decision now is that I feel there is no better way to end my tribute journey to Terry Fox than to be at his gravesite on June 28 in Port Coquitlam.
I hope to be able to meet his family there. After that I will certainly be biking in British Columbia. In other words: 'Strength of Hope 2015' is definitely not over!!!
